An Employability Package setting you up for success!

What is the process? What is included?

We will initially book a free consultation with you to check your requirements, then send a proposal on the number of sessions recommended, and confirm the fee. If you are happy to proceed, we will arrange a time to discuss in detail your career aspirations; passions; achievements; and current skills so we can build you a bespoke and tailored CV. We will then look at interview skills training and work out where you need help. We can arrange training covering a range of interview styles commonly used by hiring managers, or tailor the training to a particular interview you have secured to ensure you have the confidence to show your best self.

Your CV

We will produce:

• Your profile summary to capture your credentials and expertise, including a summary of your skills and the opportunities you are seeking in your next role.

• A list of your key skills, ensuring they feature in your work experiences for validation; inclusion of crucial skills such as digital skills; experience in teamwork; management; leadership; and critical thinking and problem solving.

• Relevant voluntary or extra-curricuclar achievements.

Your LinkedIn profile

We will advise you on the importance of having a profile and help you with your personal branding. We can provide wording support for your profile and provide some top tips. We can also provide networking opportunities relevant for your job search. Once you have a CV to be proud of you can attach this to your profile and appy for jobs in one or two clicks!

Interview skills training

General skills training will cover common competency-based and values-based interviews, using the STAR technique. We can also tailor a session to a specific interview and ensure you are interview ready!

Costs

The cost will depend on your individual requirements and calculated post your free consultation - current charges are £55 per hour.
